Stephen Hansen Brown is a passionate Real Estate professional who has learned over the years that being successful, means making the clients wants and needs his number one priority.  Stephen is a motivated  real estate professional servicing buyers and sellers throughout the Los Angeles region. Stephen has chosen to align himself with the Top Group at Compass Beverly Hills – RARE Properties.

With a sophisticated, collaborative approach, Stephen carefully listens and takes the time to educate his buyers on current market conditions as well as customize clients’ goals so that he may find a property that meets the clients lifestyle requirements. 

Stephen started his passion for real estate at an early age when he helped with the construction and redesign the variety of homes his parents purchased and flipped on both the east and west coast. 

Born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Key West, Florida. He split his childhood and educational years between both coasts. After college with a degree in Business Marketing, Stephen returned to Los Angeles where he launched his real estate career diving head first into the deep end as he bought and sold fixer uppers as his new hobby. 

Always looking to expand his hands-on experience, Stephen left his roll in team management to expand his knowledge of the industry through marketing Natural Hazard Disclosures. Later he moved over to Title Insurance, where he served as the companies go-to man for the latest in creative technological advancements in marketing and social media. 

Stephen excels at providing insightful guidance and elevated marketing strategies that produce high-quality results. Stephen is truly dedicated to providing exceptional, professional, and comprehensive real estate services to his valued clients. His extensive industry knowledge ranges from residential sales, luxury and architecturally rare properties and commercial transactions. He credits his forward thinking and success to hard work, extensive networking, integrity to putting his client’s interest first. 

Stephen has an incredible ability to apply his adventurous and competitive spirit to his work. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys traveling and helping others to achieve their dreams.
