January 29, 2015

This morning, we put our partner Chad Crawford in the hot seat and asked him to answer a few questions.  Here’s what we found out…

Where were you born & raised?

I was born in Lansing, Michigan and raised in metropolitan Detroit.

How did you get into real estate?

I bought and sold a few homes back in the day – 3 houses in 5 years actually. The last realtor that I had said that I would be good at it and that I should go and get my license.

Where was the first home that you sold?

In the Hollywood Hills on Hollyridge

What do you think you do differently as a real estate agent than most?

I genuinely care about my clients. I realize that most real estate transactions coincide with real life events such as a birth, death, divorce, etc. I appreciate my clients inviting me into a such personal facet of their lives.

What do you like about working at RARE Properties?

We are all different yet the same. We’re also able to be ourselves, and we are driven to be the best. We’re good people that compliment each other well.

What’s your favorite dessert?

Key lime pie… hands down.

Who is your favorite musician?

The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix – I can’t choose just one.

What is your main interest outside of real estate?

Photography
